1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any Vimera products or services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Violations may result in license revocation, account blacklisting, or further action at our discretion.
2. Product Licensing
2.1 Confidentiality
All files provided by Vimera are confidential and intended solely for the licensed purchaser.
- Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or transfer of files to unlicensed users is prohibited
- Files may only be shared if the recipient has a valid license for the same product
- Source code access (if applicable) is provided at Vimera's sole discretion
2.2 Code Integrity
- Reverse-engineering, de-obfuscation, or any form of tampering with Vimera's code is strictly forbidden
- Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to Vimera immediately
- Violators will be blacklisted without warning, and further legal action may be pursued
3. Distribution & Resale
- The resale of Vimera products for monetary gain is prohibited unless the buyer holds an active license
- Free redistribution (even with credit) is not permitted without prior written consent
- Mass distribution (e.g., as part of a template or asset pack) is prohibited
4. Customization & Branding
Customization of purchased assets is permitted under the following conditions:
- The original Vimera logo must remain intact and unmodified in size or placement
- Additional attribution may be required upon request
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including payments made via Robux or other currencies.
6. Account Registration
If you create an account, you must:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our products or services for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious software or spam
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use products in projects that promote hate speech, illegal activities, or NSFW content
8. Additional Provisions
8.1 Support & Updates
- Product support is provided at Vimera's discretion
- Updates to purchased products are not guaranteed
8.2 Third-Party Dependencies
Vimera is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software or dependencies.
8.3 Beta Products
- Beta versions are provided "as is" with no warranties
- May contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
8.4 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of transaction
- Vimera's decision in any dispute is final
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
